Could not recover the databases but at least bukkit plugins are functional once more.

Server Updated to MineOS Turnkey Linux and Tekkit 1.1.8
Well I went ahead and started from scratch. MineOS Crux life ended in July 2013 so it was no longer receiving updates. The new OS of choice is MineOS Turnkey Linux.
Also Tekkit is updated to 1.1.8. Good news is that the old world looks like it imported successfully. Bad news is that the mysql database did not. Also bukkit plugins are not working. Will see if I can get those to work in the near future.
