Video Of A Buff Cat Strutting Its Stuff

buff-cat.jpg

This is a short video of a massive cat on the prowl for some love. It finds it too, in the hands of the person filming. So like, has this cat been juicing and hitting the gym, or is it just big boned? “It’s fat.” That’s pretty meaty for an outdoor cat. Somebody needs to get this guy on an underwater treadmill, STAT. I know a personal trainer. Granted he charges $60/hour and I’m still a breathless turd, but I do know him.

Keep going for a couple shots and a video while I daydream about just how hard that cat could knead my belly.

iOS 11.4 debuts today with AirPlay 2 multi-room audio support for HomePod

Enlarge (credit: Jeff Dunn)

Apple’s iOS 11.4 rolls out today, and it brings a big update to HomePods: AirPlay 2 with multi-room audio. The update allows the HomePod and Apple TV (the two Apple devices that currently support AirPlay 2), as well as forthcoming third-party AirPlay 2 devices, to play the same audio throughout your home or only in select areas of your home.

All AirPlay 2 devices can be controlled using an iOS device, HomePod, Apple TV, or by asking Siri. Users can say, “Hey Siri, play classical in the living room,” and the appropriate audio will play through the AirPlay 2-compatible speakers, but only in the living room. Essentially, the new setup makes it easier for users to play in-sync audio through all (or only some) of the speakers in their home.

Manufacturers that pledged to support AirPlay 2 include Bang & Olufsen, Bose, Bowers & Wilkins, Marshall, Pioneer, and Sonos. AirPlay 2 devices will now show up in the Apple Home app, since AirPlay 2 integrates with HomeKit. In addition to using Siri or individual apps to control speaker selection and music playback, all AirPlay 2 devices available in a home will show up in iOS’ Control Center.

Tank, A Video Homage To The Wireframe Vector Graphics Used In Early 1980's Movies

This is Tank, a short film created by Stu Maschwitz of Red Giant “entirely in Adobe After Effects, using mathematics and code, and hundreds of hours of painstaking animation work” to pay homage to the futuristic wireframe vector graphics seen in early 1980’s movies like Battlezone and Star Wars. We sure have come a far way, haven’t we? We sure haven’t — this was as good as it gets, we’re only going backwards now. Also, can you use this same technique to make an adult video? Asking for a friend with very particular taste.

Keep going for the video as well as a behind-the-scenes video if you’re interested.

Fallout Rumors Fly As Bethesda Airs 'Please Stand By' Message Ahead Of E3
It appears that Bethesda has some new Fallout-themed gaming in store for us at this year’s E3. The company posted a tweet this morning with a “Please Stand By” image, which we all by now know means that the release will be Fallout tinged.
Given that the only text in the tweet is #PleaseStandBy, we can only speculate at this point as to what

Kips Bay Gynecologist – One Star

Gynecologist gets a one-star review after skipping the manual pelvic exam, then gets mad about it when the client posts her thoughts on Yelp. The lady goes on to get sued, and basically doxed by the doc, or “DocDoxed,” as it is now known across the internet. (I made that up.) I have purposely left a picture off this news post as I am too juvenile to be responsible.

“They tried to drag my start-up wine-and-spirits technology business into it … They posted my entire medical record, including notes about my mental health, my bills, my insurance info, my driver’s license, birth date and home address,” she said.
