81-Year Old Grandpa Raging In Virtual Reality Game

This is a video of somebody’s 81-year old grandpa playing survival horror game The Brookhaven Experiment with an HTC Vive virtual reality system. He is INTO IT. And his family is there to cheer him on as he runs out of bullets and has to punch his way through some monsters. Honestly, I’m tired from just watching him. How does an 81-year old have so much energy? And don’t say boner pills, because I take those and I can barely stay awake knowing I just ordered a pizza.

Jesus Take The Yoke: Pilot Landing Cessna On Runway In The Jungle

landing-plane-in-jungle.jpg

This is a video of a pilot with no shortness of believing in himself landing a Cessna on a runway in the middle of a jungle. And I use ‘runway’ loosely, because I wouldn’t even feel safe riding my four-wheeler on that. I can only assume this man is either running drugs, this is the island from Lost, and probably both.

Pringles Teams Up With Wendy's For Baconater Chips

wendys-baconator-pringles.jpg

These are the limited edition Pringles x Wendy’s Baconator artificially flavored potato crisps. Each can comes with a coupon code for a real Baconater, and the chips allegedly taste like “beef, American cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, ketchup, and mayo.” How well do they actually replicate those flavors? Probably not all that well to be honest. But I haven’t had them so I could be wrong. I’m not, but I could be. I could also be the Tooth Fairy. “You traded my kid a tooth for another tooth.” It had a filling, he got a deal!

Thanks to Shane F, who agrees once you pop you should just throw the lid away so there’s no going back.

Drone Footage Of Some 64,000 Sea Turtles Coming To Breed And Nest Around Great Barrier Reef

This is footage of some of the 64,000 endangered green sea turtles as they come to breed and nest around Raine Island on the outer edges of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. By painting 2,000 of the turtles’ shells (with a non-toxic paint that washes off in a few days) and then flying drones over the island to count the ratio of painted to unpainted turtles, scientists were able to get a better estimate of the green sea turtle population, which is nearly twice the size as previously thought. So that’s good news. You know maybe we aren’t wrecking the planet nearly as bad as we thought we were. “LOL.” ROFL. Sometimes you have to laugh not to cry, you know?

Jesus Take The Wheel: Mechanic Troubleshoots Broken Turn Signal

turn-signal-troubleshooting.jpg

This is a short video of a mechanic troubleshooting a vehicle’s turn signal that the woman who brought it in says won’t stay engaged when signaling a right turn. Should, uh, should she even be driving? *wiping oily hands on jeans* Looks like you’re gonna need a new $280 turn signal actuator relay to me.

Radiohead's 'Creep' Gets The Medieval Treatment

radiohead-creep-medieval-cover.jpg

This is a bardcore cover of Radiohead’s ‘Creep’, as performed by Hildegard von Blingin’ (previously: Foster The People’s ‘Pumped Up Kicks’). I also included her bardcore version of Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance’, because it was right there staring at me like a dog that wants to be fed. Don’t worry, I gave it the rest of your sandwich.

Emus Mesmerized By Fire (Or Performing Dark Arts Ritual)

This is a video of Twitter user Foxfeather Zenkova’s emus apparently trying to summon a dark bird god to grant them the power of flight. Ooooor maybe they’ve just never seen a fire before. You know, I remember the first time I tried walking through a fire like Daenerys Targaryen. It was the day after that episode of Game Of Thrones aired. She made it look easy and hatched three dragons but I was screaming and still have the scars because I never got any vitamin E.

Star Wars But With Tiny Lightsabers (Plus Sloppy And Extra Long Ones)

These are several videos edited by Yusi-D-Jordan featuring Star Wars scenes with different lightsabers effects added, including extra short, extra long, and sloppy (droopy). Which was your favorite? Honestly, that sloppy one kinda reminded me of my penis. “Awww, because you can’t get it up?” What? No — because it’s blue and glows in the dark. “Oh my.” Plus can cut a rock in two.

A Satisfying Video Of A Variety Of Different Pop-Up Cards Getting Popped Up

This is a video compilation of artist Peter Dahmen opening up a whole bunch of the different pop-up card designs he’s created over the years. Like eating a whole sleeve of Oreos, it was quite satisfying. “Not that satisfying though, right? ” God no, but– *coughing up dry chocolate dust* Milk. I need milk.

New Zealand Releases Humorous Commercial To Encourage Parents To Discuss The Difference Between Adult Videos And Real Life With Their Children

new-zealand-adult-vid-psa.jpg

This is a public service announcement from the New Zealand government’s ‘Keep It Real’ campaign, encouraging parents to have a conversation with their children about the difference between p0rn and real life relationships and sex, since a lot of youngsters are learning about sex from adult videos. That is not healthy. Come on, parents, whatever happened to the birds and the bees? I mean they’re still doin’ it and producing bird/bee hybrids, right?

Keep going for the video while I pat myself on the back for knowing I would have done the right thing and invited them in.

Surprise!: Dashcam And Interior View Of Guy Getting Hit By Rockslide

This is a video of an unkempt evil villain getting ambushed by a rockslide near Sausalito, California, causing some $21,000 damage to his Ford Expedition. In his own words while I never drive anywhere near even a small hill ever again:

“So the falling rocks sign came to life on me coming south on 101 in Sausalito last Friday. The top of the cliff about the size of a car fell off and broke up on the way down into 2ft size boulders that felt like they went through my Expedition causing over $21,000 damage. The cring you see on my face is me bracing for death from the boulder that was heading for my face and the car-sized rock that was sure to crush me like a bug. Two big marks on the windshield one right in front of my head and a third one on the passenger window and the glass didn’t even crack. I think my Angels were busy. Freaked me out!”

Clearly that Flash t-shirt failed him. With that thing on he should have been able to outrun that rockslide. I mean what’s the purpose of wearing a superhero shirt if you’re just going to get hit by rocks anyways? I hope he burned it when he got home. The matching tights too.

Keep going for the video, which does include a very choice “Unf***ingbelievable!”

Wheeeeee!: Kid On Rollerblades With Leaf Blower

This is a short video of a kid zooming around the neighborhood on leaf blower powered rollerblades. The video is called ‘This boy is living in 3020’, although I think we can all agree if he were actually living in 3020 the whole world would be dead and he would be WALL-E.

Sure, Why Not?: A Car Covered With 300 High-Output LED Headlight Lamps

This is a video of the living-life-to-the-fullest lunatics from Russian Youtube channel Garage 54 adding 300 high-output LED headlamp bulbs to the exterior of a little car. Unsurprisingly, the results are blinding, even wearing sunglasses while driving. Per the driver, in his own (translated) words: “I can’t see anything. Like seriously nothing at all. Ah, whatever. Nothing to worry about.” And that is exactly how I think the majority of elderly drivers in my neighborhood feel.

Duo Performs 'Hedwig's Flight' On Fancy Washer And Dryer

harry-potter-on-washing-machine.jpg

This is a video of musician and video editor Kurt Hugo Schneider and a friend performing a rendition of ‘Hedwig’s Flight’ from the Harry Potter movies on a fancy new washing machine and dryer. I thought this version was *putting on warm shirt fresh out of dryer* pretty clean. Get it?! LOL, because it’s– “A washing machine.” Oh okay so you did get it.

Guy Multi-Tracks Himself 100 Times To Perform Halo's Opening Choir Theme

halo-choir-multi-track.jpg

This is a video of musician Matthew Van Ness multi-tracking himself 100 times to perform the choir portion of Halo’s opening theme (previously: performing the entire choir and orchestra for Star Wars’ ‘Duel Of The Fates’). Could you imagine keeping track of all those individual video files? That sounds like a nightmare. Or maybe there’s an easy way to keep track of them, I don’t know. What I do know is I used to have a Post-It note system for keeping track of all my VHS tapes and still managed to send America’s Funniest Home Videos a solo sex tape. The $10,000 did help put a dent in my credit card debt though.

Keep going for the video, actual theme begins around 1:20.

Supercut Of Characters Saying 'Some Sort Of…' In Star Trek: The Next Generation

star-trek-tng-some-kind-of-supercut.jpg

This is a supercut of every time a Star Trek: The Next Generation character says ‘some sort of/some kind of/some type of…’ and variations thereof as compiled by Youtuber Ryan’s Edits. Has anybody here made a supercut before? Is it fun watching a series looking for all the clips to include? Because I feel like I would accidentally miss one then somebody would be mean to me in the Youtube comments, and I just can’t risk that because I’m a delicate– “Butthole.” Flower. I’m a delicate flower.

Medieval Version Of 'Pumped Up Kicks' Gets Period-Appropriate Lyrics Added

medieval-pumped-up-kicks.jpg

Remember that medieval arrangement of Foster The People’s ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ from Youtuber Cornelius Link we heard a few weeks ago? Well now Hildegard von Blingin’ has added period-appropriate lyrics and vocals to the song. It serves as a great example of someone taking something that already exists and actually adding value to that thing instead of making it shittier. These days, like finding an open all-you-can-eat-buffet, that’s rare.

Keep going for the video as well as the original medieval arrangement and actual original song for reference purposes.
