This is the Star Trek TNG Bluetooth ComBadge available exclusively from ThinkGeek this November for $80. The Bluetooth badge has an internal microphone and allows users to answer and end calls with a push of the insignia. Oh, plus it makes the combadge chirp sound whenever you press it.

Once connected, one touch answers/ends calls, plays/pauses audio, or accesses Siri, Google Now, or Cortana. And, of course, a touch plays that classic communicator sound effect. Warning: you’re going to want to keep the micro-USB charging cable handy right after you receive this, because making it chirp is well-nigh irresistible.

Man, I can’t wait for a coworker to get one of these and have it chirping all day long. I guarantee it’ll be one of those things that I think is kinda cool at first, but get old really quick until one day, and possibly just later that same day, I look in my rearview mirror and realize I’m driving away from a burning office building.
