Samsung’s “Link to Windows” feature is a lot like Microsoft’s Your Phone app; It lets you sync your Galaxy Note 10-series phone to your PC via its Quick Settings menu. Once connected, you can access your messaging apps, notifications, photos, and other phone functions directly from your Windows desktop.
