This is a video from the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science and The University Of New England of researchers capturing a 12.5-foot tiger shark and giving it a sonogram. The sonogram reveals that the mother-to-be has almost 20 baby sharks inside, already toothy and ready to start devastating local fish families. ‘They ate my parents! Maybe. I can’t remember.’ — Dorie. The screenshot above shows the sonogram with outlines and color added to make the sharks easier to see, that’s not what the sonogram actually looks like. Disappointing, I know, but that’s life — disappointment is all around. You think somebody is cool and then you see them only leave a $4 tip on a $76 bar tab. How could you, Brian? I guess I thought we were more similar than we are.
