Really good, expertly made cocktails can cost a pretty penny, and I’m okay with that. What I’m not okay with, however, is paying fifteen bucks for an over-shaken beverage garnished with sad, dried-out fruit. Any bar can claim to make “craft” cocktails, but how can you be sure you’re getting what you pay for?
