This is a video of a Stimson’s Python at the Alice Springs Reptile Centre in Australia trying unsuccessfully to slither out of its shedding skin. Somehow the snake managed to form a perfect circle with its old skin and just kept going around and around for three hours before it was finally able to escape. This is pretty much a metaphor for my life. Except there is no escape, three hours was forever ago. Come on — stay positive, GW, shine that winning smile. “You have something stuck between your teeth.” Ugh, of course I do. “Looks like a dick.” Oh boy.
