This is Nørrebro Bryghus ‘beercycled’ Pisner Pilsner. It’s a beer kind of made with the 54,000 liters of urine collected in special troughs at the 2015 Roskilde Music Festival in Denmark (previously: whiskey made with diabetics’ urine). There’s no actual pee in the beer though, it was just used to fertilize the barley used to brew the beer instead of the traditional cow or pig shit. So, in a way, this beer is number one. Honestly, I don’t care what they used to fertilize the barley my beer was brewed with, as long as it’s ice cold, goes down smooth, and doesn’t make me wake up in the middle of the night to poop liquid and cry about how tired I’m going to be at work in the morning, I’m cool with it. *opening can* Cheers! “That’s motor oil.” It’s cool, I’m a Transformer.
