This is a short video of an 18-year old escaped prisoner in Louisiana launching a Toyota Tacoma Dukes Of Hazzard style after hitting a spike strip at 115MPH and barreling into a drainage ditch. The truck damaged a restaurant and landed on a vehicle with a woman inside but she was miraculously not injured, presumably, in her mind, because she goes to church.

The 18 year-old driver, Kevonte Dekorey Austin, was a passenger in the stolen truck when it was pulled over for speeding. Austin, an escaped prisoner who is believed to have stolen a vehicle while on work release, slid into the driver seat as the officer spoke with the original driver and took off.

Both Austin and the original driver were taken into custody where, God willing, Austin will be able to stream this video in the jail’s common room to impressive other inmates. ‘No lie, I felt like I was flying — just like Rose in Titanic, you know?’
