This is the Where’s Waldo fluorescent light cover made by a Rugeley, England dentist to entertain patients while he makes their gums bleed. It’s actually just a portion of the entire Where’s Waldo Fairground picture (which you can see HERE), and he would have been smart to not even include the part with Waldo to keep patients distracted the entire appointment. He’s there though, SPOILER: above the trolly with the white and green awning, although the part with Wilma is missing (above the red and white shooting gallery in the lower left). That Wilma — what a catch. She really seems like the kind of girl you could get lost in a crowd with, you know? Relationship goals.
