These are the sleep masks created by Belarusian designer Lesha Limonov, with the help of some famous, long-deceased painters. Each one is printed with the eyes from a different classical painting, and each is more disturbing than the last. Could you imagine waking up next to one of these? That’s a great way to get out of bed in a hurry. Also: a fire. That’s what I do. I have a toaster that I have plugged into a timer so it starts toasting at 7AM every morning, except, instead of putting pieces of bread in the night before, I use wadded up paper towels. I’ve only been late for work once and that was only because I had to wait for the fire department to leave so I could lock up.
Keep going for a handful more shots.
