This is a video from Youtubers Sam And Niko of a GoPro mounted to the blade of a katana while it slices through things (mostly watermelons with faces drawn on them). It documents their whole process from trial-and-error experimenting to final shots, so feel free to skip around and especially towards the end if you just want to see the melon slicing. I was so inspired I– “Why are you taping a GoPro to those scissors?” Because I want to see what it looks like to run with them, and my mom never let me when I was a kid but I’m a grown, independent man with a place of my own now so I can do what I want. “She just left for work didn’t she?” If you tell on me I’ll kill you.
