This is a video created by filmmaker Adam Rosenberg using the audio he recorded of himself sleep-talking over the course of almost a year. Apparently he’s really got a lot to say in his sleep.
After being told of my midnight monologues by multiple friends I decided to start
recording myself. …So what does it all mean? Is there significance to the things I say in my sleep or is it just meaningless rambling – the insignificant reflex of an unconscious mind? My guess is the latter.
Me? I rarely talk in my sleep, but I get up at least three times a night to sleep-walk to the kitchen to eat a spoonful of peanut butter and pound some chocolate milk. That’s I’ve got such strong bones. That’s also why there’s peanut butter between my sheets.
Hit the jump for the video.
