What’s believed to be a five-foot venomous green viper (although its face at the end of the video doesn’t look like any viper to me) fell from the ceiling on Aeromexico flight 231 from Torreón to Mexico City on Sunday, causing the pilot to request an emergency landing. The snake was successfully wrangled by airport security upon landing. No word how the snake got there, although I suspect it was part of a complex assassination plot. When reached for comment about the incident, Samuel L. Jackson confirmed Snakes On A Plane was the role of a lifetime.
