Stable kernels 5.18.3, 5.17.14, 5.15.46, and 5.10.121

Stable kernels 5.18.3, 5.17.14, 5.15.46, and 5.10.121 have been released.
Typically, the stable kernels released right after the merge window closes
contain a large number of changes and these updates certainly fit the
bill.
