Before Artemis returns humans back to the Moon, NASA is going to study a 50-year-old lunar sample from an Apollo-era mission. The ‘new’ 50-yaer-old sample will hopefully lend helpful new data about the Moon and preparation for the upcoming Artemis missions to the lunar South Pole.
