Logitech is trying to become a major force in the broadcast and livestreaming space. It took another step in that direction today by announcing it has agreed to acquired Streamlabs for $89 million in cash, and potentially another $29 million in Logitech stock (subject to the achievement of significant revenue growth targets for Streamlabs).
