While a Superman game would make a lot of sense for Rocksteady Studios, which came to fame for its “Arkham” Batman franchise, director and co-founder Sefton Hill has doused earlier rumors on Twitter by announcing his team has something else in the works, which may not even be a superhero title. A listing for “Superman: World’s Finest,” with Rocksteady as the supposed developer, was published as recently as this week.



Rumors ramped up about the possibility of a Rocksteady Superman game after a listing appeared for a game titled Superman: World’s Finest with Rocksteady as its developer. Fans had been hoping Rocksteady would go from Batman to another high-profile DC hero since the studio wrapped up production on Batman: Arkham Knight in 2015.
