We were told earlier today by NVIDIA support that its OC Scanner tool would void our RTX card’s warranty. We did reach out to verify with NVIDIA PR, and they have specifically told us that its yet-to-be-released OC Scanner tool will not void your warranty.

Hi, this is not true. It does not void the warranty. We will have our support team clarify.
