Reading about kiddie pr0n scumbags going to jail this morning got me thinking about many years ago when HardOCP was getting sued for libel and defamation by Infinium Labs, a case which we won by the way. Tim Roberts, the guy behind the Infinium Labs pump and dump scheme we uncovered so many years ago, was sentenced to 6.5 years in federal prison back in March for defrauding investors once again. Some folks never learn, but I thought HardOCP readers might find that tidbit interesting. Remember the good old days when opening new prototype consoles with a giant hammer was so much fun? At least we can thank Tim Roberts for that.
