Direct die CPU cooling is nothing new. Using Novec or Fluorinert to do it is nothing new. Using phase change cooling is nothing new. These techniques are as old as overclocking CPUs are. However, putting these things together in a commercially available system is something extremely new!



Der8auer’s newest invention is a phase-change cooler made in combination with Caseking. The cooler uses a Novec-like fluid to achieve its cooling performance.
