Update: The simulation may be about to start up again. A few months ago, Bethesda teased a short clip panning over the moon on the same day that they announced the details of their E3 show. Bethesda has been keen on adding DLC to their single player titles, such as the Death of the Outsider for Dishonored 2, so a Prey expansion set on the moon sounds right up that alley.
