Instead of merely dropping off a package of dog food, an Amazon delivery driver decided to run off with businessman Richard Guttfield’s black miniature schnauzer. Luckily for him, Jeff Bezos actually reads his customers’ correspondence and ordered the puppy tracked down after receiving an e-mail from the disgruntled Englishman.



“This is inexcusable and does not reflect the high standards we have for our delivery partners,” a spokesperson for the company said in an emailed statement. “We take these matters seriously and this individual is no longer delivering Amazon packages for the independent delivery service provider.”
