Cellebrite says in this PDF that it has now has the technology needed to unlock any iPhone, including the new iPhone 8 as well as Andriod phones. Undoubtedly law enforcement agencies will be interested in this, as the FBI has recently noted that many investigations were hindered due to the fact that it could not access locked smartphone devices. Interestingly enough, the link to its Sales Inquiry page is broken. Maybe it needs to be unlocked?



Devices supported for Advanced Unlocking and Extraction Services include: Apple iOS devices and operating systems, including iPhone, iPad, iPad mini, iPad Pro and iPod touch, running iOS 5 to iOS 11.
