
The Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating Tesla after it failed to disclose the fatal crash of a Model S cruising on Autopilot immediately to investors, the Wall Street Journal reports. Tesla sold $2 billion
worth of stock in the days following the crash, and has argued that the crash was not material to the financial wellbeing of the company.
