Amazon Seller Lost $400,000 in Sales After Being Attacked by Self-Proclaimed 'virus of Amazon'

If you are thinking about being a third-party seller on Amazon and believe they will have your back then I point you at this CNBC story that might just change your mind. After you read the story you’ll probably agree that Amazon didn’t do the right thing and cost an honest seller TONS of money and probably his business. Don’t get me wrong and think I’m only blaming Amazon here, but they could have handled this situation much better.

After a seven-week suspension from Amazon and $400,000 in estimated lost revenue, Damavandi’s storefront – Beauty Imports – was reinstated on Nov. 8. Now he’s sitting on hundreds of thousands of dollars of inventory that he has to sell at a deep discount to pay his suppliers and remaining employees.
