While I am not too familiar with the original Pathologic game, indie game publisher tinyBuild Games has posted the announcement trailer for Pathologic 2. From the trailer, it seems to exude the creepiness of Blood and Shadowman even Hexen. No details on how big this open world game will be, but what is shown so far looks very interesting.



Pathologic 2 is an open world survival horror game set in a town being consumed by plague. As the only sane medic around, it’s up to you to save everyone you can.
