PS4 Pro: How to change aspect ratio to 4:3?

I have a 4:3 19″ CRT monitor that I’m using for my PS4 Pro but it’s running at a 16:9 aspect ratio so everything looks skinny.

So does anybody know how I could change my aspect ratio to 4:3? As the PS4 pro doesn’t have this option like it does…
