A HoloLens developer decided to recreate the first level of Super Mario Bros. in augmented reality. It’s a 110-meter course with what you would expect: Goombas, pipes, question blocks, and New Yorkers who are desensitized to any weirdness going on around them. He should do a version at nighttime so I can experience what it’s like to get mugged in AR.
