Time Warner and Snapchat Agree to 100 Million for Shows

Get ready to get more annoyed by Snapchatters. Business Insider reports of the deal between both companies, Time Warner and Snapchat, to the tune of $100 Million. You may have overheard and wondered what your coworkers check out currently on their giant-phone-tablets, but fear no more. The deal will have Time Warner create shows for the app and expand the current time of 5 minute shows to 10 minutes, and broadcasts shows several times a day, so there will be water-cooler moments every-time you go for a drink.

The partnership comes at a crucial time for Snap, whose shares sunk last week to its $17 IPO price. Tech giants like Facebook, Netflix, Amazon, and Apple are all increasingly competing for original shows.
