Finally repositioned router next to one Window and configured another WRT160N (got it for $5 at a yard sale) at an opposite window. Of course both routers are hacked with DD-WRT. Followed this wiki instructions to do the bridge. Now I have close to 2 acres of WiFi coverage. And yes this post was done from my Asus Transformer tablet while relaxing on a hammock.
