2018 Ford Mustang Drops V6 Engine, Gains 12-inch Digital Gauge Cluster, Revised Styling, 10-Speed Auto
For as long as we can remember, the Ford Mustang has been made available with a V6 engine. However, the Mustang’s venerable 3.7-liter V6 is being dropped altogether for the 2018 model year, having been completely supplanted by the 2.0-liter EcoBoost inline-4.

For reference, the outgoing 3.7-liter V6 produces 300HP @ 6500 RPM and 280 lb-ft
