This is a video from Great Big Story highlighting the life of world record setting speedrunner Bubzia, who speedruns video games while blindfolded. His biggest achievement to date? Completing a 120-star speedrun of Super Mario 64 in a single 11 hour and 22 minute sitting. Good lord. For reference, the non-blindfolded record is 1 hour and 35 minutes. Clearly, that blindfold is not a performance enhancing mod. Bubzia has recently quit his job to become a full-time (professional?) speedrunner, and I wish him the best. My roommate? I wish him the absolute worst. Just kidding, I don’t wish bad on anyone. Except him. I hope he falls in a manhole on his way home from work and the Ninja Turtles mistake him for a Foot Soldier.
