(credit: Apple)<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<div><a name=\"page-1\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Apple <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/newsroom\/2023\/11\/apple-reports-fourth-quarter-results\/\">reported<\/a> its earnings for the fourth quarter of its 2023 fiscal year on Thursday, and while the revenue dollar count was enormous as usual, the company nonetheless reported lower year-over-year revenue for the third consecutive quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The iPhone was the only hardware product that saw any growth compared to the same time last year; revenue was down across the rest of the board for Mac, iPad, and wearables (which primarily includes Watch and AirPods).<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the company&#8217;s services business again beat expectations and helped make up for lagging hardware sales.
